My yoga practice blends therapeutic movement, breathwork, and mindfulness to support deep healing in both mind and body. With a focus on nervous system regulation, mobility, and intentional strength-building, I guide students to move with awareness—correcting compensation patterns, preventing injury, and cultivating a resilient, ‘bulletproof’ body and mind from the inside out.
